3. Service Description: Tutorific offers online tutoring services in various subjects and academic levels. Our qualified tutors provide personalized guidance and support to enhance learning outcomes.

4. Payment and Billing: Payment for tutoring services will be charged as per the agreed pricing structure. Payment details and billing information must be provided accurately. Late or non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, available on our website. Tutoring sessions missed by the student may not be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and videos, are the intellectual property of Tutorific. Users may not distribute, modify, or reproduce any copyrighted material without explicit permission.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability: Tutorific and its tutors will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or grades.

9. Termination: Tutorific reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of this Agreement.
